Who we are
Verdent Elementa is an independent research forum based in India. For any privacy question, write to [email protected].
What we collect
Only what you choose to give us:
- When you join the launch list: your name and email, and optionally your WhatsApp number, organisation, role, topics of interest and preferences.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in the message.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To tell you about our launch, research and roundtables.
- To choose research topics that are useful to you.
- To reply to your messages.
We only contact you if you have agreed to it on the form, or if you wrote to us first.
Where it is stored
Launch-list answers are stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets. Emails are received through our email provider. Only the Verdent Elementa team can see them.
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your information.
- We never share it with anyone for their marketing.
- We never publish who said what in a roundtable.
How long we keep it
For as long as you stay on our list. If you ask us to remove you, we delete your details within 30 days.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop receiving messages, at any time. Email [email protected] and we will act on it.
